Can we link an URL from a newsletter with RSS feed and keywords into a dashboard?

Hi, 

Here's my issue: I'm making a dashboard for several people, that has to be automatically updated as much as possible.

I receive a weekly newsletter from a website, with links to articles. I would like to have the link to these articles, into my dashboard, if they contain a key word that I'm interested in. 

I'm not sure it could automated through RSS but maybe you know how it would be feasible?

(example: let's say I receive a weekly mail from breakfast.com with links to their new articles ; I want the links that have the word "coffee" to be into dashboard)
