Can we have a title at the bottom of a multi-row card and set it as a measure?

Hi there, 

I am trying to create a template where users can define title for a series of multi-row cards inside the template.

I could only see that the title for a multi-row card can only appear at the top, and it can only be formatted based on a field value.

Is there a way to allow the users to input the titles they want to display in the template (for example, using an excel file and feed the data to the template) and have them automatically appear as a title on the respective multi-row card (preferably at the bottom of the multi-row card)?
