I have a column which calculates divison between two measures and the sum the final measure. The formula itself works correct, but in the total field (the last line, below) I want that field to be sum of the whole column. How is possible to do that?

I am not sure how your datamodel looks like, but please try the below whether it suits your requirement.
Profit Loss measure: =
SUMX (
DISTINCT ( 'TableName'[CategoryName] ),
[Total Profit] / [Orders sum] * [Quantity Returned]
)
