Calculation YOY calculation on specific date such as black friday and cyber monday

Hello - I know a basic YOY calcuation is done by a specific date (24th of 2016 versus 24th of 2017, or Jan 2016 versus Jan 2017).  But what if I want to do YOY growth calcuation based on 2 different dates - such as cyber monday which falls on 28th in 2016 and 27th in 2017?

Power bi can't generate holiday by DAX, please refer to the similar case:
