Calculate the delta between rows that share the same prefix.

I would like to calculate the difference between rows that share the same prefix or "main" item name. Some of the items have a suffix (that represents the version of the item), and some don't. And for each case this needs to be taken into account to identify the same items, based on the same "main name". Here's an example. "Delta" column is the desired output:
