You need to create a measure similar to this one:
Total YTD =
CALCULATE (
TOTALYTD ( SUM ( TableB[Value] ), TableB[Date] ),
FILTER ( ALL ( TableB ), TableB[ID] IN VALUES ( TableA[ID] ) )
)
