Calcular incentivo por venta y cobranza

Hola comunidad! 

Necesito calcular el incentivo por venta y cobranza de agencias de ventas.

Cada agencia se encuentra en un rango de objetivo por venta y otro objetivo por cobranza.

• Si cumple el objetivo de venta y cobranza establecido para su categoría, obtiene un incentivo económico (Incentivo_1 - Tabla_DIM_Incentivos).
• Si supera el objetivo de venta en un 20% (y mantiene tb el objetivo cobranza) cobra un importe de incentivo adicional (Incentivo_1 - Tabla_DIM_Incentivos).   

En caso de no cumplir con alguno de estos dos objetivos NO COBRA INCENTIVO.
