Caculate Filter on dates not showing all months in date range but total working

Hi, IM trying to build a measure that a report end date is set (Eg 31 May 2023). Measure will grab monthly actuals before or equal to report end date and than after pull monthly forecast data. I have built an Actuals measure and now trying to apply a filter so it only returns Jan to May actuals.   It shows the May amount and correct total but Jan to April are blank? Tried both a calculate and sumx functions as per below. Any idea why the months prior to May are not showing?

@Fowmy  OK Thanks!  My ReportDate paramter was also connected to the Calendar dimension table. When i disconnected the relatinship it now works fine!  Thankyou!

Your TEST measure should work as long as you have your model properly setup. Please check the testing I just did wheren I have a disconnected 'Dates 2' Table to select the date and I used MAX as I have between slicer.
