CALCULATE THE RESULT BETWEEN 2 NON-RELATED TABLE

Hi

I have 2 table 1 and 2 in PBI. there are no relationship between them

I wanna get the with the logic :

Getting for each row in table1, the Value column, them Multiple it with Actual value that get from table 2. then multiple them . so we will get the result 

Is there any way to do it?

if we have cost 6, then how do we know it multiple with value of B or C?
