Bought xViz chart. but still seeing the popup.

I already assigned the licence to my email. (its only 1 so you cant do it wrong) but im still seeing it.

Any idea what could i do?…

here’s the image. It’s says its free on desktop, but Im using the desktop version, and also just bought it… like what else do i need to do?

Hi @ignacioisg 

After received the license key, in the visual you have to insert the license key. 
Go to format pane, you can see the License Key field, where you have to insert the key

I bought it using the microsoft store... I don't have any key or anything. I just "assigned" the licence to my email. is that the problem?
