So I have an issue with a few bookmark buttons on my dashboard. I'm using the latest version of power bi desktop and posting it onto the power bi service to share with the rest of my company.
My report has 6 tabs of dashboards that have 4 different bookmarks on them. The bookmarks work fine for me when I view them in both the service and on the desktop, but when others use it they are unable to initiate the bookmark action when they click on the button. A work around is refreshing the page, but it's concerning that some users might come across that problem and get frustrated when bookmarks do not work.
Is this a caching issue? or a power bi issue?

I test this in my environment, this works well. I am not sure which factors cause this problem. You could try to click report bookmark in service to see whether it works or not
In addition, based on my research, I find that the browser might cause this problem. So I suggest you could try to ask users to use Chrome. You could refer to Buttons/Bookmarks in report not working for some users on web service for details.
