Bar chart showing only values for "Blank"

For a simple model - Client records using CreatedDate (no blanks and formated as type "Date") as relationship to a Date Table

When I try to build a Bar Chart, it's only showing value the "(Blank)" for Fiscal Year, although I'm not finding any blank CreatedDates

Selecting (Blank) in the slicer results in this same set of bars

Clicking any of the years results in an empty chart...

Here's the data model (Budget Category is from Contracts table)

And here's a screenshot of my Contacts01 (clients) data table showing Many Clients can share the same CreatedDate

And my Values are taken from this measure:

What other info would be helpful so I can figure out what I need to change to show counts for each year?

Thanks in advance!

@JayDPBI can you go to PQ and check create date value, not in the table view what you shared. Want to make sure there is no time in it. In table view, you see what you have set up in column format .

@parry2k   excellent sleuthing!

That was my problem - CreatedDate has a time stamp in PQE

CL8BEE~1.JPG

Changing the Format in PQE and applying resulted in a successful build of the Bar Chart!!

Thanks for your quick help!

@JayDPBI can you make sure

- relationship is on the date column in the calendar table

- the create date doesn't contain timestamp in it, check it in PQ to make sure it is pure date

- check the create dates are in calendar table.
