ArcGIS Filled Map by Category

In Power BI there's the filled map, and I'm able to shade/group 3 digit zip codes to a specific Distribution Center in a filled map.  Is there anything like that in ArcGIS?  

Zip 303 and 302 would go to DC 10.  And I can shade them both the same color.

My first idea is that probably you can add a column to group the zip codes to a specific distribution center, then use this group column for color legend in the Map. Add the original zip code column to the tooltip to indicate the zip code info. I haven't tested this yet. You may give it a try.
