Good, how do you do it so that a slicer only applies to a sheet chart?

If you want to control the interaction between slicer and a visual, you can refer to this:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-reports-visual-interactions 

If you want to control the interaction between slicer and some pages, you can refer to this:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/visuals/enable-sync-slicers 

There are also four types of filters for you to choose from.

• page filter applies to all the visuals on the report page
• visual filter applies to a single visual on a report page. You only see visual level filters if you've selected a visual on the report canvas.
• report filter applies to all pages in the report
• drillthrough filter applies to a single entity in a report
