Application of different discounts for different customers

Hello everyone! I am working on a case like this example and it would be useful to know your opinions.

melanietatiana_0-1669989723793.png

The question is the following, we have a certain customer who made a purchase for $ 40,000 (sales fields). This customer has to achieve different objectives, and based on this, different discounts are applied. For example, if you reach goal 1 (10,000), you are given a discount percentage of 3.5, if you reach goal 2 set at 30,000, a discount percentage of 5 is applied, and so on for several customers. Finally, if you achieve any of the objectives, a discount credit note equivalent to the corresponding percentage is applied.

It should be clarified that there are several clients, and the objectives and percentages are variable.

Based on this what I would need to know is the following:

1. How much is the goal the customer reached?

2. How far do you have to reach the next goal?

3. How much is the credit note?

Thanks a lot!!
