Any ideas? Bar chart with vertical labels and inset text

So we'd like to make a bar chartt with the values displayed above, but vertically rather than horizontally.
In addition we'd like to put the number of values that went into the percentage calculation for each bar inside the bar.
I know vertical text isn't supported except with a rough work around by using the y axis title of chart....

Any experts have advice/suggestions/work arounds?

@rnehrboss for %, you can use combine chart, and put % measure on line values and under shapes, don't show the line value , so it will only show data labels for %, this is the only trick I can think of right now.
