Add Current Month to day

Hello everyone, I have been trying to add the current month to this day, so It will show up correctly in my charts, so I can filter by date  , but for some reason instead of adding 02 February, it results  03 January. 

I need some help, please.

Use DATE() function and include year(today()) also
