It looks like the 100% stacked bar chart shows the percentage of each item out of one cumulative total. Is there a way to create a 100% stacked bar chart where each bar is out of its own amount? I'm trying to create a graphic where each bar is sort of its own progres bar.

Here's the workaround.
Sample data
Current progress = DIVIDE(SUM('Table'[Num]),CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Num]),ALL('Table')))
Unfinished progress = 1-[Current progress]

This could be done with Charticulator. I'm not aware of an existing visual that will do that (if I understand your desired result).
