This dashboard is mainly focused on agent CSAT overview, which shows how the team is performing.
We can see the team’s month to date Customer Satisfaction score (CSAT). Their target is to achieve a CSAT score of above 90%, and this is highlighted in green when they do.
There is also a feedback visualization added which focus on performance and improve motivation.
