Get Previous Increase in Value When 2 Contracts Match

Hello,

I have a list of contracts that get a new tag after every renewal. I want to find the % increase that resulted in the new contract price. That output is to be stored in the Prev % Inc column. To get the output, I check when column D (old contract) and column E (new contract) are equal. When these two are equal, the result value in column H should be the % Increase value (highlighted in red) associated with column E (the new contract column) OR contract where the Contract Status is "EXPIRED".

Thank you in advance for your help

Hi,

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly, but please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

I tried to create a sample pbix file like below.

It is for creating a calculated column.

Untitled.png

Previous percent increase CC =
VAR _contractold = Data[Contract No Old]
RETURN
    SUMMARIZE (
        FILTER (
            Data,
            Data[Contract Status] = "Expired"
                && Data[Contract No New] = _contractold
        ),
        Data[Percent increase]
    )
