Fixed LOD issues in Powerbi

Hi,

I have to showcase result as below table. (This would be the output of the report)

LocationJanFebMarApr
 Total   weekly>3Total   weekly>3Total   weekly>3Total   weekly>3
Hderabad100      23120      35160      23100      23
Banglore250    11250        12220    112250    112
Chennai120       43170      43123       43120       43

By using  the data as below (Exacmple of the the data we have )

Locatinaccess Dateempidno.of rows
Hderabad01/01/2020

  1

Banglore05/02/202021
Chennai08/03/202031
Hderabad08/01/202011
Banglore03/02/202021
Chennai04/03/202031
Hderabad01/01/202041
Banglore08/02/202021
Chennai08/03/202061
Hderabad08/01/202051

As per our requirement, we need to show the total number of employees per month per location. and the number of employees who have accessed >3 per week  and week<=3 in particular month per loaction.

I am getting the total count as we have direct count , and the second row week>3 I am not able to get the actual values. It is fine if we get the result as Monthly count>12. Here we are not showing the emp_id, but the aggregated value should be based on employee.

Can any one suggest an approch this requiremnent.

Thanks,

Madhav

Hi @Anonymous ,

Have you tried creating a relationship between your both the tables on Employee ID or may be some other unique column?

Thanks,

Pragati

Hi @Pragati11 ,

Here we have only one table.. as shown in the second table in the post.. The first one is what we expect the result of the report.

Hope you understand.

Thanks,

Madhav
