Hi,
I'm new to PBI Service and taking a course on Udemy to learn how to manage it. I currently do not have a work or school so I used a technique from a Youtube channel. I used my account on MS Azure and created an "Azure Active Directory" and used the domain name to sign up for Power BI Service. My course is now talking about the "Admin portal" and what they show on screen is not what I see:
In the course they said that if we didn't more options than this then you were not a "Global Admin". I'm looked in my Active Azure Directory and the only choices I see for the user of PBI Service are "Member" and "Guest".
I also gave my PBI Service user a Pro account so that I could learn my way around the service.
I would like to know how to make my PBI Service user a Global Admin.
Thanks

Thank you !
I finally realise what I did wrong: I was using the wrong account in Power BI Pro account.
Everything works now.
Hi @Sulfurous ,
Please ensure you can assign an admin in the Microsoft 365 admin center for yourself.
