Hi,
I have created a preliminary overview of a data model in Excel.
Tables 1 through 4 (starting with text 'upd'...) are fact tables, whereas 'Date', 'Analyst' and 'Reviewer' tables are dimension tables.
I'd like to slice the 'upd'... tables data using slicers from Date, Analyst or Reviewer tables.
For instance, i'd like to see how many 'error-count' errors there were across the 4 'upd' tables filtering by the single 'Analyst' table. However, I get an error saying that an active set of indirect relationships already exist between these tables.
Using USERELATIONSHIP formulas in DAX would seem to be inefficient in this particular case, as there will be numerous metrics that I would like to slice/filter, not just 'error-count'.

Many thanks in advance
Your date table is a dimension. Relationships need to be 1:* single direction.
