Year to last completed month dates?

I am trying to create a measure table that contains dates from the start of the year to the last completed month.
For example, if we say the date is March 12, 2023, then it should contain dates from January 1, 2023 to February 28, 2023.

I have not been able to find a solution. I hope you can help.

@Ahmedx Thank you so much for reply. I don't know why I used historical dates when I was going to use it in the context of TODAY(). It is not happy about that.
