User can change formular in power bi Service

Hi,

 

Can users create some formulars in power BI Online Service(not Power BI Destop) , or can we create some variable in Power BI desktop for change value after publish in Power BI Service.

 

My Requirment is Give customers to customizable Report in power BI service , they will be able to customerize Report as they want. for example they will be able to change some formular as well , how to do this one. if cannot , is there any work arround?

Users can modify reports using the web service, but not create or modify calculations (columns, measures or tables).
