PowerBI Lagging on 2nd Monitor

Hi - ever since updating to the newest version of PowerBI Desktop when I use it on a 2nd monitor there is an EXTREME lagging issue. Every time I hover over a visual, a menu, a measure or ANYTHING it duplicates itself in a lagging way. See the images below where my fields list is randomly glitching out and popping up over my Visualizations List. 

This person had the same issue but didn't get much help.

I have tried:

-Updating to newest version of PowerBI

-Installing latest graphics drivers

-Ensuring my computer is at the minimum standards to run PowerBI
