Show Data in Bar Chart As It Is

I have complex query which get data using SQL. Here is what my SQL returns,

 

| Name | TotalInPer |
|---------|-------|
| Name1 | 4.07 |
| Name2 | 15.08 |
| Name1 | 20.47 |

 

and I wanna show this chart like below,

This is very simple in Google Data Studio and could not found how to do it in Power BI?

 

When I bind in Data Studio its like this

Note: We are planning to migrate everyting from Google Data Studio to Power BI but look stuffs in Powe BI is very hard compare to Google Data Studio.

@iqb to achieve the second chart you can use a 100% stacked column chart. Based on two columns of your data, I am able to do this.

and the first one its a simple clustered column chart.

Thanks I think I need simple clustered charts

It should be 4.07% percent not 100% on y-axis
