Hi All,
I have currently created a full overview for orders in all the countries we have stores however,I am struggling with the currencies.
The data are all consolidated together for all countries. Each country has a currency code such as USD,GBP etc. it works fine for the individual pages as it sums up the local currrency. The problem occurs when I go to create an overview report for all countries together where I need all currencies to be converted to GBP,Power Bi doesnt offer any conversions as far as I am aware.
I know I can manually import the exchange rate for every currency and do all the calculations but that will calculate both todays order's and historical transactions on the same rate and this will show an innacurate number.I was wondering if there is a way Power BI to calculate historical purchases with exchange rates at the time of the transaction rather that the current one so it can be fully accurate.
Has anyone come acroos the same issue before?
Any advice will be much appreciated 🙂
