Export to excel not working regularly for some users in the organization

Hello,

i am having an ssue while trying to export data to excel from power bi, i know my permissions and settings are correct since it work for some users but for some users in the oranization, it sometimes work and sometimes when pressing the export button, nothing happens or it getting loading for 10minsand no excel is downloaded or viewed.

Please note that i am a premium user.

Hi @Wassimghotmeh ,

1. Have you used Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI to restrict data access for given users?

2. Can't these users with problems export any visual data of the shared report?

@Wassimghotmeh , that is strange. Is it happening when user try to download data to report with lots of column or rows ?

If users are able download somtime, Ask then to clear cache once and try again.
