Countifs with dax

Hi all

I need to have a dax measure that counts me the total of yes, the total of no's subject to different combinations of columns (function, facet, process, activity).

The sample data set is this one:

And the desired outcome is:

The column H of the table 1 above tells me for the combination of function/facet/process/activity the % in which these are done or not.

And on the second table is the same but just for the combination process/activity.

So for example the Acquistion + Assessment of the second table has a result of 0% because no one did it. 

How can I get this on dax?

Hi @o59393 check enclosed file. Output with measure created should be as your expected output, after you apply measure in model
