Count based on condition

Hi,

I need a measure to show the "Orders" after the "missing since" date.

For example,Please refer the screenshot.

I need a measure to show the order id's after 04-30-22 and within the range specified in the slicer.

As of now, I get the count as 4 in the drillthrough page.

@sshiny , Create  a measure

countrows(filter(Table, Table[Order Date] > selectedvalue(Table[Missing date]) ) )

use this as a visual level filter

If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
