Microsoft Forms-like visualisation

Hello,
My dataset is a SharePoint List from which i would like to represent data like the graph below. The lines of the graph are columns and each color of the bars are the number of each choice (very satisfying, satisfying, etc..) . Does anyone knows if such a visualization is available in PowerBI or the way to have more or less the same graphical result ?

Thanks in advance. Regards

Stéphane
