I'm using Power BI Desktop Version: 2.112.1161.0 64-bit (December 2022). There are changes to apply, but the close and apply is doing nothing.
My visuals are based on SQL Server stored procedures. I wanted to add columns to the data model, so I modified the stored procedure and then in Power BI Desktop, I went to "Transform Data" and refreshed the table. The new columns appeared, as expected. However, when I "Close & Apply", the window closes, but the changes are not applied. No errors. It just does nothing other than close. And the new columns that are visible in the "Transform Data" window are never applied.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

@bpnjmc1 , seem like it is not detecting the change. Do some additional changes and try.
Close all power bi instances and start over again and try.
Make sure no windows updates are pending. Install any window pending update
Even if this does not work, Log an issue - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

@amitchandak , You were correct! I temporarily made a small change (duplicated a column) and then Power BI recognized and applied the change. Thank you so much for your suggestion!
