For some reason, my scheduled refresh has been disabled. When I go to edit my credentials, I click the "Sign in" button and the screen hangs there forever. Is there something else I can do to fix this?
@BeckyH1324 , seem like you are using one premise gateway. Make sure it up and running. Clear browser cache refresh and try again.
