I dont have any LIbrary management menu in my Fabric Workspace settings

My workspace is assign to Power Premium Capasity and I are also an Fabric Admin. Under Workspace Settings and Data Engieneering/Science is there any menu for LIbrary management. I have also switch to Data Engineering av Science view.  I need som guiding her.

The release of the Environment feature in MS Fabric has brought a major upgrade to the Data Engineering/Data Science section in workspace settings. As part of this upgrade, library management and adding new Spark properties at the workspace level are no longer supported. 

One can install libs in the Environment - Create, configure, and use an environment in Microsoft Fabric - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn. And for the existing libs in WS settings, we have a guidance to migrate : link . Also, if one wants to define default libs for the entire workspaces, one can attach an Env as workspace default.
