who can view a dashboard?

I have created a dashboard and I waant to share.  Do the individuals I share with need a Power BI license?  Or can I share with anyone?  I am a little confused.  THANKS.

Hi Dale, honestly I was hoping that perhaps a moderator would help answer since it is not completely clear. I believe (not confirmed) that anyone can view for an introductory period of 90 days, then once that expires the viewer must have a PRO license to view.

Yes, you and your recipient both need power BI pro license (share and view shared dashboard).
