Hi, I have sorted my dataflow via powerquery on two columns. However when I connect to this dataflow in powerbi desktop, the sorting has not persisted. I essentially have to do the same powerquery commands again in desktop to get to the sorting i require.
Is that normal behaviour ?

Hi @frano72 ,
Based on my test, dataflow column sorting not persisting into Power BI Desktop. Because the sorting is based on the original data source.

…. and further when adding a table visualisation the sort is gone again and there doesn't appear to be an easy way to sort by field A first and then by field B. Looks like have to go down the route of creating a column that joins the two columns together to enable sorting....
