Your Power BI session expired - Dynamics 365

Hi,

I built a report based on dataverse connector. In power BI service, I created a dashboard that I added in dynamics 365. Once added, I shared it with a team (dynamics CRM team).

When I connect as a member of this team, I get the error :

Your Power BI session expired
The current Power BI session can no longer be used to communicate with the Power BI service because of a service modification. You must close and re-open your browser to start a new session.

How can I fixe this ?

Thanks,

Hi @HichamGRC ,

Please have a try.

  1. Sign in to the Azure portal as a global administrator, security administrator, or Conditional Access administrator.

  2. Browse to Azure Active Directory > Security > Conditional Access.

  3. Select New policy.

  4. Give your policy a name. We recommend that organizations create a meaningful standard for the names of their policies.

  5. Choose all required conditions.

  6. Under Access controls > Session.

    1. Select Persistent browser session.
    2. Select a value from dropdown.
  7. Save your policy.

  •  only certain users have the access and User A is not in it. So I published the report again (this time in My Workspace), and shared the report with User A.
