Thank you for the response.

On another note, I have already a Power BI pro license and I can see that in my account in subscriptions.

But as shown below, it my Power BI service, it still says PPU Trial: 8 days left. Will that message will automatically go away ?

Make sure they are assigned a Free licence from M365 in you are using a Premium or Fabric capacity. If you are not on Premium or Fabric, then the must have a Pro or PPU license to view reports.
