Use XMLA to push data to service

Hi @ all,

I want to use the xmla endpoint to push certain time periods of a large tabell into an exciting dataset on pbi services with a premium capacity.
The dataset should not be incrementall due to timeout error problems and a lack of a date time column.
I already set up the xmla endpoint but I'm struggeling with the code to push data from a certain time periode into the dataset without incremental refresh.

Does anybody know where I can find recources to solve my problem?

Thanks for taking your time to help me!

Hi @running_data

How do you determine which time periods of data should be pushed to the dataset? The newest data? Or other ranges? Where is the border of data?

Hi @v-jingzhang ,

In the beginning I would like to push a range of data e.g. 2 months at a time. So, I can slowly fill up the dataset manually.

Later on, I would like to always push the last week of data into the dataset to automate the process.

I'm not sure what you mean with border of data.

Thanks for your reply 🙂
