Unable to use gateway personal mode

I’m unable to select the personal getaway in the as the gateway connection.

I’m using R script and I have to use it….

It worked fine for a long time but now it’s stopped

The apply button is unavailable

Hi @tzvika ,

This issue has been submitted internally. You can try rolling back the gateway version to the November version. Please be patient to wait for fixing. If there is any news, I will update it here.

Same happend for me a few weeks ago. I have not been able to fix it 😞

Check your dataset for other on-prem data sources.  All on-prem data sources need to be declared on the gateway before the gateway is selectable.
