I'm unable to Purchase Power BI Pro. The screen shown in the demo do not appear in my U/I.
1.) Screen Shot #1. As you can see I am the Billing aAdministrator and the Power BI service administrator
2.) Screen Shot #2. The Office 365 Admin interface shows a different version of Billing (Left side of Screenshot, and there is no part for me to select subscriptions?
I work for a large multi-national, would we have a different version of Office 365 that's causing me not to see subscriptions?

Further to that in my O365 I can see the option to Purchase Services
I think it might be due to possibly your O365 configuration?
Or could you possibly ask a Global Admin if they are able to see the licensing?

Thanks for the screen shot. Turns out it was an admin setting that needed be changed. Was able to purchase.
