Were you able to log in to Power BI Service with the same credential? Besides, was it possible to log into Power BI desktop on the same machine with an other credential?
Maybe you can disable antivirus software and firewall on your machine to see whether issue persists. And check if any proxy settings prevent you from signing in.
Besides, the latest release of desktop is 2.70.5494.761 64-bit (June 2019), have you tried that?
