Hello, not sure what's going on but I am unable to create a service ticket with my Power BI Pro subscription. I've been trying to troubleshoot a data refresh error in the Power BI Service. I follow the links on the error message to "Get Help" which takes me to the Power BI support page: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
After working through the recommended documentation and not finding a solution, I click on the "Get Support" button. I fill out all of the requested fields but my option after completing everything is to "Open the Virtual Agent." The "See Solutions" button is grayed out, and there doesn't appear to be a way to submit a ticket.
Any recommendations or guidance would be much appreciated!
Edit:
I'm now getting help / support from a few people internally at my company, so no longer need guidance on this issue in particular. I'm going to leave this thread open just in case there is some sort of glitch/bug preventing users from submitting tickets.
