The email subscription has disappeared

Hi all,

In my organization we use PBI on a daily basis and have PRO licenses. Today, suddenly, when I republished a document after some minor changes, the distribution list has disappeared (almost 100 emails). I have rewritten it by hand and it has disappeared again, it is eliminated by itself and therefore it is not distributed.

I've read many posts with similar problems and I haven't found any solution, do you know what can happen?

Could I ask what you mean by distribution list and where you had applied this?

Best practice would be to create a group either in Office 365 or Azure Active Directory and place the users in the group. This will make the maintenance of the group a lot easier to manage.
