Hi
Not sure this is postet in the right forum, but I need some help with a visual I'm building.
In PowerBI Desktop, I have a few reports that include a slicer for filtering for dates.
Thie slicer works as intended for all reports in Desktop, but when published to PowerBI online, the slicer does not work.
Screenshot from Desktop
Screenshot of the same report in PowerBi Online
I have tried different browsers, clear cache, all the ussual.
Why is the slicer not working online?
Hi @Larsc ,
Seems to be a very weird issue or maybe a bug.
Here are few things you can try:
1 - Recreate the slicer and publish again
2 - open report in incognito mode (This is to verify if issue is cache or browser specific)
3 - Let your teammate publish and check (This is to verify if issue is dataset owner specific)
4 - Let someone else check (This is to verify if issue is user specific)
If all of the above fails to resolve issue, best way forward will be to raise a ticket with MS Support because can check exact logs to debug what's happening.
