Slicer does not work in Power BI Service

I got problem with one slicer.
It is working fine in Power BI Desktop, but not in Power BI Service.

In PBI Service it does not show any options at all.
I have more slicers like that in the whole report, but only this one is not working.

I wonder if it may be a case that it comes from a column created manually ("Create Column") in "Data":

Do I need to create this column in Power Query instead?

Could you pls share your pbix file ? I will test it locally.Remember to remove confidential data.
