We've a report already deployed. So far the tooltip in the tables show in LTR aligned but since few days, all tooltips started showing in RTL aligned. Anybody knows if it happens due to some change/upgrade?

If convenient, can you reveal the specific meaning of LTR is that the font format of the text is left-aligned? According to my tests and observations, the font format of tooltips in Power BI reports is right-aligned by default, and there are no corresponding settings to set the effect of left-right alignment. If convenient, you can go to the Power BI service to refresh the next page, and then edit the visual tooltip format on the page and click "Reset to default" to determine the text or is it really RTL?
According to my search for tooltip format in the previous forum, it seems that in 2021 it is the effect of right-alignment, you can check the image in this post:
