Report embedded using Power BI Embedded Azure Service asks user to sign in

We are embeddind Power BI Paginated Reports in our company web application for our clients using the Power BI embedded Azure Service (and paying some money for this service) that embed the reports from a Power BI Workspace with the embedded capacity.

The problem is that using a report in the website, after 2 minutes without interacting with it this wrong message appears:

Clicking on Sign In nothing appear obviously, since the client should not sign in - power bi embedded should be already signed in. To see again the report user must refresh the page.

What can we do to avoid this message?

Hi @massy

I think this issue may be caused by the expiring of the token embedded in the report. Maybe you can update the token and retest.

Or if you opened the privacy window which can cause the "Login" message to appear in the power bi paging report, so you can close the privacy window and retest.

And you can alse consider to use the embed code to publish to web, this link can help:

Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
