Hey folks,
I have a freshly installed/configured enterprise gateway - was excited to get cracking with my scheduled refershes, but alas no, I was met with the following:
I've tested on multiple datasets, common denominator appears to be data sourced via an ODBC connect in my desktop file - though this doesn't really add up because ODBC *is* suported AFAIK. I've tested with ODBC only and other datasets that also contains ODATA queries to sharepoint lists.
Would love to know if anyone else has run into this issue and better yet, resolved it.
Thanks,
Dann

I can add that refreshing the page usually resolves the issue.
Hi @Dann
Can you confirm in your Power BI Desktop that you are also connecting using the ODBC connection?
What option do you get in the dataset settings for connecting?
Hey @GilbertQ ,
Yes, there's an ODBC connect to my DB in desktop and a published dataset that works. It's just when trying to configure scheduled refresh I get the ereneous error.
